I had the fabulous experience of working for 14 years at 242 Cafe Susion Sushi.
I was a cook and sushi chef, trained by my mentor Miki Izumisawa, RIP.

It's a real fantastic food experience!.
I never tought eat fresh sushi like that, almost the fish and the shrimps was alive.
Even Ana Miriam bring my dish personally to my table.
I never thought that such a small business would have that Japanese flavor that I tasted in Okinawa, but
Karate is in everything we do, then here everything is Karate, because the food is tasty, fresh and juicy.
I like Ana Miriam's food.
I have to be honest, before trying their sushi and delicious dishes, I was not a fan of Japanese food, in fact, not even seafood.
